Actually, the room was good sized and quiet with all the essentials.

The location of this place is very central, close to a police station and the room I booked had an incredibly comfy bed, a sitting area, an iron with an ironing board, and a work desk.

The hotel seems like an excellent place for short stay. All the rooms are quiet with all the essentials and the staff is amiable. There is a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location is good and excellent, 1 mile from Marina Mall.

The apartment is really big , nice and clean with avery valuable internet price. The place is in the cosmopolitan area of Kuwait Salmyia from where you go to anywhere. It is also near the Corniche and plajat road. The staff are so friendly.
The Receptionist declined my online booking when I arrived and said that he will charge me kwd 02 because I did not pay online with my card. Therefore, it was not a good welcome from him and I had to explain to him in detials that payment online was declined and I have got a confirmation from Booked.net that I can pay on my check-in . Moreover, I did not find towels in the washrooms and I have to call many times and wait till I get towels.

The location and the size of the apartments.
The breakfast is very simple and does not have food varieties. for example only five eggs where available every morning bread was not enough and low quality cereal. I think the hotel owner must improve the breakfast they offer in the hotel.

Close to shopping center
- The service is very poor - No internet while the booking .com says there is - I have to get out my bags my self and when I asked thee hotel staff for help , no one even answer yes or no - no remote for the TV set and it took the staf 45 min to provide one. - No heating at all and over the night it was cold specifically for my 3 year and 1 year old kids

This place has very honest staff, and it's conveniently located near many attractions, malls, supermarkets, restaurants.

Staff was very helpful. Early check-in and late check-out was no problem. Apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Location is very good as the corniche is in walking distance.
The pool and the gym are quite poor.

Sorry nothing that I kiked about the hotel, I was going to leave from the next morning,
I thought that it was not to the standard, and for sure will not be booking again next time, the food was bad, it was run by Pakistani, and not preofessional people, and you should remove it from your website,
